Enrique joined Portaluppi as an associate in 2000 and is a partner since 2010. He has over 20 years of experience advising corporations in mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, capital markets (in local and international markets), financing, debt restructuring and joint ventures in diverse industries. In addition, he regularly provides counsel to individuals in civil matters.
